京都着物レンタル夢館
Overseas people might think that we Kyoto residents eat traditional Japanese meals everyday and night. Surprising enough, the consumption of bread in Kyoto is the highest all over Japan. Well…it’s really convincing if I recall my childhood. I was a bread-lover indeed! Today, you’ll find a lot of bakeries If you walk around Kyoto.
The other day, I went to a bread restaurant called “Kyoto Sand (Kyoto Sandwich)”. They offer sandwiches with fresh ingredients from local suppliers. The menu was unconventionally new and delicious, and the original topping sauce was terrific. They say that people in Kyoto are very talented to create new exciting things while keeping tradition. I guess sandwiches has their own way of evolution.
